Wayne Williams has over 35 years of experience in SBA lending, including 23 years working with one of the largest CDCs in the nation. A former NADCO Board member, Wayne has also been a NADCO National Instructor since 2014 teaching courses on SOPs, Eligibility, Debt Refinance, and 504 Loan Packaging.

Briana Rickertsen started her career at B:Side Capital (formerly Colorado Lending Source) in 2012 and currently serves as the Production Manager for the Small Business Administration (SBA) lending team. She is truly an expert in her field and has personally handled over 560 SBA loan approvals, helping to create over 2,000 jobs. (This includes SBA 504, SBA 7(a), and Paycheck Protection Program loans.) Evan Shaw has dedicated his entire professional career—and over half his life—to the SBA 504 industry. His experience includes working with one of the largest CDCs in the nation, as well as with the 504 loan program’s Central Servicing Agent (CSA). Over the years, Evan has presented at numerous industry conferences, panels, and breakout sessions. He is also a regular instructor for NADCO’s in-person SOP and Packaging classes.
