DESCRIPTION: As part of NADCO’s training curriculum for Directors of CDC Boards, the course is designed to educate board members on developing and deploying policies and procedures for executive compensation that comply with SBA and IRS regulations and guidelines while limiting potential board member liability. Additionally, the course includes best practices for attracting and retaining executives, management team members, and top talent at your CDC.

This is a pre-recorded online training that runs approximately 33 minutes in length. The recording can be paused and watched as many times as the user wishes. INSTRUCTORS:
Danny Mangum, EVP / COO, Mountain West Small Business Finance
Danny Mangum has been employed with Mountain West Small Business Finance (MWSBF) since 2010. He is the EVP / Chief Operating Officer, prior to his current role he was Vice-President and Loan Officer generating and underwriting loans in Northern Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. Danny is a recovering banker working previously for Zions Bank in their National Real Estate Group originating and servicing loans nationwide. Danny has a Masters in Organizational Behavior from Utah State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah. He is married to Sabrena (the life of every party) and has two teenage children (Holden and Zoë). He enjoys University of Utah athletics, snow skiing, travel, tennis and baseball.
