Effective March 20, 2025, CDCs and Lenders are solely responsible for ensuring environmental due diligence satisfies SOP 50 10 7.1 requirements for properties without contamination. Additionally, the process for submitting properties with contamination has been amended to include review by SBA District Counsel.
