Chad Witcher is a seasoned banking executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth, mitigating risk, and leading innovation in commercial lending. As Vice President of Business Lending at Mountain America Credit Union, he leads a high-performing team that is a perennial top credit union SBA lender, delivering SBA, conventional, and construction financing solutions to business members.

Prior to joining Mountain America, Chad served as COO of a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) specializing in supporting credit unions nationwide with commercial real estate lending. He also served as Director of Zions Bank’s National Real Estate Group, overseeing wholesale lending operations for more than a decade.

Chad earned a B.S. in Finance from Weber State University, an MBA from the University of Utah, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
