Her 30+ years of experience have led her to command her current role as an Executive Director – SBA Solutions Division Director at JP Morgan Chase. Hilda orchestrates the SBA commercial credit of the Northeast and Midwest divisions. Hilda’s prior experience includes rising through the ranks of sales to managing sales teams and entire areas.

A mother of two and native of New York, Hilda’s servant leadership style has been pivotal in driving personal growth in others throughout all of her endeavors. Her passion for industry involvement is evident as a Board Director of a nationally prominent Certified Development Corporation. Hilda dedicates herself to philanthropic endeavors by committing her time to help improve the financial literacy of youths through Junior Achievers and elevating peers through active participation in JPMorgan Chase’s Women on the Move program.
