Chris Topping

Chris Topping is a Business Development Officer at 504 Capital Corporation in Chesapeake, VA. Chris is relatively new to the CDC industry and brings a high level of energy and desire to help grow small CDCs throughout the country. 504 Capital Corp. is a small CDC, with only 8 employees, but has received over 75 loan approvals already in this fiscal year. Prior to joining 504 Capital, Chris was a SBA lender for several years at Virginia Community Capital Bank. He brings a unique perspective as he has underwritten and closed many 504 loans from both the bank side and the CDC side in the past several years. Chris spent time in the financial planning world prior to his career in lending, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. He looks forward to the opportunity to bring his fresh perspective and ideas to NADCO.
