Immediate Past Chair

Matt Davis is the president of Southland EDC in Santa Ana California.  He has been the president since 2011 and has been with the organization since 1997.  Matt currently serves as NADCO’s Region IX director and was voted Chair of the Board during a Special Election in April 2021. He has been on NADCO’s Board since 2013. During that time, he has also served as Vice Chair of the Board and on several committees.  He recently finished a two-year term as chair of Cielo in Huntington Beach, CA an organization that supports local small businesses and workforce development.  Prior to that he served as vice chair and was one of the original advisory board members.
