Alan Crawford is a principal in Lincoln Capital Management and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Lincoln Capital is a non-bank lender specializing in SBA interim lending for acquisition and construction loans on a national footprint. Active in all 10 SBA regions, Lincoln Capital has partnered with Banks and Certified Development Companies to originate and close loans to qualified small businesses for more than $850 Million in total project costs. Crawford joined Lincoln Capital in 2012 as an analyst and has since held several roles in the organization, including President and Chief Operating officer, before being appointed CEO in 2022.
Prior to joining LCM, Crawford worked for Madison Realty Investors INC, a private real estate investment group, where he served as an acquisition analyst and property manager for several of Madison's holdings including prominent retail centers in Dallas. Crawford is still an active real estate and short-term notes investor.
In addition to serving on the board of a local philanthropic organization, Crawford serves on the board as Chairman for Greater Texas Capital Corporation, based in Tyler, TX. Greater Texas Capital is one of the largest Certified Development Corporations in the country, which actively generates and services loans to small businesses across Texas under the SBA 504 Program. Crawford is also an active member of North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NTAGGL) and has served on their Board of Directors.
Crawford attended Baylor University where he received a BBA in Real Estate and in Marketing from the Hankamer School of Business.
