Ron Lien is a dedicated professional with a deep-rooted passion for supporting small businesses. His career began out of college with Enterprise, where he provided fleet services to small businesses. This role ignited his commitment to helping small businesses thrive, leading him to join a small business banking team at Bank of America. While his experience at the bank was rewarding, Ron sought to deepen his connection with small businesses, which led him to TMC Financing in 2015 as an underwriter.

At TMC, Ron quickly distinguished himself through his analytical skills, strategic thinking, and unwavering dedication to small business success. Over the years, he has taken on various roles with increasing responsibility, playing a critical role in TMC's growth and success. In his most recent role as Underwriting Department Manager, he helped lead the Underwriting team through a period of unprecedented growth at TMC. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction, ensuring that TMC remains a trusted partner for small businesses seeking to secure their financial futures.

Outside of work, Ron continues to demonstrate his commitment to community service through various volunteer roles and board positions with organizations such as, The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, TMC Community Capital, and the Risk Management Association; as well as, providing pro bono services to small businesses within his community.

Ron’s experience, coupled with his commitment to small businesses and the community, make him an ideal candidate for a board director position.
