WHO: CDC and Third Party Lender Business Development Officers, Loan Processors, Underwriters

WHAT: Live Webinar Training and Q+A

WHY:Are you puzzled by passive businesses like ghost kitchens, salon suites, and Airbnb properties? How about automated self-storage facilities? What’s the latest on criminal background checks? Do marijuana, hemp, and CBD related businesses have you more disoriented than ever? Can I still make a loan to a business owned by a non-US citizen? When does a prior default or prior loss prevent a new loan application?

SBA’s updated SOP 50-10-7.1 removed a significant amount of descriptive guidance for business model eligibility, which has caused confusion on these topics and more. Join us as we add clarity by sharing the latest details to help CDC personnel and Third Party Lenders determine if a business model is eligible for SBA financing. Plus, we’ll have plenty of time for Q&A and discussion of industry best practices.
