Darcie Brown, Processing & Closing Manager, Florida First Capital Finance Corporation Darcie’s primary responsibilities include oversight of the 504 Loan Processing and Closing Teams, including the construction dept. She and her teams
work directly with borrowers, lenders and closing counsel to ensure a smooth lending process from start to finish. In addition to her work on the SBA 504 loan program Darcie oversees administration of the Rebuild Florida program which is a partnership
between the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the Florida Department of Economic Development (DEO) to provide working capital to new and existing Florida small businesses. Darcie has been with the company since 2012 and received a B.S.
in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Stefanie Kantout, SVP - Closing & Servicing Director, Regional Business Assistance Corporation (RBAC) RBAC is a CDC headquartered in Princeton, NJ with lending territories in New Jersey, New York Metro, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Stefanie
has 18 years of experience in SBA lending, including 13 years working for a nationwide Lender Service Provider. Stefanie is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Closing and Servicing/Special Assets Departments where she manages a team
of seven.
Evan Shaw, SVP – External Affairs, NADCO Evan Shaw has over 20 years of experience in SBA lending, including working with one of the largest CDCs in the nation in addition to working for the CSA. Evan has also been a NADCO National Instructor
since 2019 teaching courses on SOPs, Eligibility, and 504 Loan Packaging.
