About the Speakers:
Renée Bender
NADCO VP, Government Relations

Renée Bender joined NADCO from the Small Business Administration (SBA), where she served as a Senior Advisor in the Office of Rural Affairs and focused on access to capital for businesses in rural America. She previously spent 12 years in the U.S.
Senate, most recently as a Senior Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. In her capacity on the Committee, Ms. Bender managed the SBA lending and investment portfolios, and was one of the primary
drafters of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). She previously worked in the office of Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY), where she handled small business, financial services, telecommunications, and appropriations issues. She started her career in the office
of Senator Pete Domenici (R-NM). Renée is a native New Mexican and earned her B.A. from New Mexico State University in 2007.
