COURSE DESCRIPTION
Whether you are the CEO, board member, loan officer, marketing specialist or someone who wears many hats including marketing, keeping up to date on essential marketing efforts that drive awareness and generate leads is critical to your CDC’s success and growth. As best practices are ever-changing, marketing can feel very overwhelming. With that in mind, this course is designed to take out the guesswork, give you confidence in your efforts and provide you with a reasonable and actionable list of results-oriented tasks that align with the time you have to devote to marketing. Our full day of all things marketing will cover social selling, social media, content marketing (including video and lead magnets), messaging, public relations, promotional outreach and events, email marketing, lead generation, loan officer support, website tactics, SEO (search engine optimization), government relations, target audiences, calls to action, success stories, testimonials and a key resources list.
Marketing Essentials will answer questions like Do we need a blog? How often should we post on social? Is video really important? What is SEO and do I need to do it? How do I get my email newsletter noticed? What is a call to action? How do I gather and use testimonials and much more.
In addition, we will also have Renée Bender, NADCO’s VP of Government Relations as a special guest when we dig into government relations and how it relates to marketing.
