INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION
Darcie BrownDarcie serves as Processing & Closing Manager for Florida First Capital Finance Corporation and is based in Melbourne, FL. Her primary responsibilities include oversight of the Processing and Closing Teams, including the construction dept. She works directly with borrowers, lenders and closing counsel to ensure a smooth lending process from start to finish. Darcie has been with the company since 2012 and received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Miriam Voigt
Miriam Voigt currently serves as a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse supporting the SBA 504 CSA and the SBA 7a FTA contracts. Prior to Guidehouse, Miriam worked for CDC Small Business Finance Corp for almost 29 years working with the SBA 504 and 7a loan programs. For 19 years she was involved in Processing and Closing SBA 504 loans. She also managed an entire closing department and has expressed more than once her passion for 504 closings. The last 10 years at CDC, Miriam was the Director of Sales and Support for Ventures Lending Technologies supporting almost every CDC in the country with their 504 technology needs.
