SPRING SUMMIT MOBILE APP

The Spring Summit conference app allows attendees to quickly and easily access all event details including exhibitor and sponsor listings, the agenda and more via a phone, tablet or laptop.

The Mobile App offers more exposure for exhibitors and sponsors and replace the paper program we have used in the past.

LOGO BANNERS:

Be seen throughout the conference whether an attendee is looking at the agenda, downloading presentations, or reading up on an exhibitor. Your logo banner will be at the bottom of the app window. The banner will include your logo and your booth number and will be part of a timed 10 banner rotation. Each banner is shown for 10-15 seconds which means your logo will be featured on the app every other minute beginning on Sunday, May 4 through Thursday, May 8.
  • Cost: $1000
  • Requirements: Provide a .png logo file and preferred brand color for the banner background (RGB #, CMYK #, or Hex #)

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS:

Want to announce a raffle drawing at your booth, a demo or a free giveaway to all our attendees? A push notification is a perfect way to reach the conference audience with a specific call to action. Push notifications are a text alert that will go out on the app at a specific time.
  • Cost: $800
  • Requirements: Provide your text notification copy. This must be a text only copy with no emojis or images. No restrictions on length.
  • Availability: Only 9 Push Notifications are available. You will be able to select a time and day from our Push Notification schedule.
  • Design Tips:
    • Perfect for announcing booth raffles and giveaways
    • Make them short - limit your message so it gets clearly read
    • A great example: “Free Giveaway from Microsoft! Visit Booth #106 in the exhibitor’s hall for the chance to win a free Surface Pro!”

TIMED SLPASH PAGES:

A Splash Page is a great way to capture our audience's attention and to promote your company. It is a custom graphic that fills up the entire screen and is made visible at a specific time. All attendees will see the Splash Page if they are in the app when it pushes out or the next time they open the app after it has been published. To get back to the app, attendees will need to click on the X to close the Splash page.
  • Cost: $800
  • Requirements: Provide a custom graphic. Size: 1120 pixels x 1600 pixels. File format: PNG. Max file size: 1.5MB
  • Availability: Only 12 Splash Pages are available. You will be able to select a time and day from our Timed Splash Page schedule.
  • Design Tips:
    • Perfect to highlight a product or service
    • Ad creators should use clear font and large type
    • The design of the Splash Screen should be clean, simple and uncluttered
