The Spring Summit is the premier Washington DC conference for CDC executives each year.

We have designed our exhibitor marketplace to be an intimate experience so that you can get direct access to our over 200 attendees, many being the executive leadership of the most active CDCs in the country.

We will kick off the conference with the Networking Welcome Reception in the Exhibitor Marketplace and will continue to hold all of our breakfast, lunch and break functions within the marketplace, allowing you more time to connect with the attendees.

Our upgraded booth packages also include things like a videos, documents and social media links as part of your online booth description on the NADCO Spring Summit website - save some time printing and add your handouts to your online profile. CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds less a $75 processing fee are granted through 03/15/2023
50% refunds are granted 03/16/2023 through 04/19/2023
No refunds will be issued after 04/19/2023

No refunds are available after April 19, 2023. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org.

NADCO understands that there are circumstances outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding and fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends cannot be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.
