NOW is THE conference that attracts the largest number of CDC executives and staff along with industry partners and experts each year all in one place. Our exhibitor marketplace is designed to give you direct access to our over 500 attendees, from CDCs all across the country.
We are dedicated to ensuring our exhibitors get the most out of our conferences by making networking with new and existing clients easy.
We will kick off the conference with the Networking Welcome Reception in the Exhibitor Marketplace and will continue to hold all of our meal functions - breakfasts, lunches, and breaks within the marketplace, allowing you more time to connect with the attendees.
NADCO has moved from a printed program to a MOBILE APP! Check out all the extra options included in our booth packages below. Didn't get a booth package? Check out our sponsorship opportunites page to add some of the mobile app feature on an a la carte basis.
The 10’x20’ booths are here again! You can upgrade your booth package to one with a 10’x20’ that will include a meeting table – host potential clients in your booth during meal functions, hold client meetings throughout the conference, add a bar or food station to your booth during the reception, or simply use it to space out your materials.
Extra Beverage Tickets are also available again this year. Some of the upgraded booth packages will include extra beverage tickets for both the Welcome Reception and the NOW Banger's Bash. All exhibitors will also have the option to purchase extra beverage tickets to share with their clients and booth personnel.
Our upgraded booth packages also include things like videos, digital documents, and social media links as part of your online booth description on the NADCO NOW website - save some time printing and add your handouts to your online profile. NADCO will provide complimentary wifi throughout the conference center. CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds less a $75 processing fee are granted through 09/1250% refunds are granted 09/13 through 10/14
No refunds will be issued after 10/14
No refunds are available after October 14. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org.
NADCO understands that there are circumstances outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding and fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends cannot be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.
