NADCO Community Impact Awards


As we mentioned, a big part of NOW is to CELEBRATE FY23! We will be recognizing a large bank lender, a regional bank lender, a community bank lender, a credit union lender, and a standout CDC employee that elevated our work this past year.

2023 Community Impact Award Categories
  • Community Bank Lender of the Year: awarded to the most active 504 bank partner with less than $10 billion in assets
  • Regional Bank Lender of the Year: awarded to the most active 504 bank partner with between $10 billion and $100 billion in assets
  • Super Regional Bank Lender of the Year: awarded to the most active 504 bank partner with between $100 billion and $500 billion in assets
  • Large National Bank Lender of the Year: awarded to the most active 504 bank partner with over $500 billion in assets
  • Credit Union Lender of the Year: awarded to the most active 504 credit union partner
  • CDC Employee of the Year: awarded to a truly standout CDC employee – learn more about this award below

Nominate a CDC Employee for our FY23 CDC Employee of the Year Community Impact Award

We are looking for a CDC employee that has an inspiring story about how they have Celebrated, Elevated and Activated not only your CDC, but their CDC colleagues and their local community. Do they often go above and beyond to help a borrower or a fellow team member? Does their attitude lift everyone around them up? Do they give back to their community? If so, we want to hear their story.

Requirements:
    The nominee must be:
    • A full-time employee of the CDC
    • Have worked at the CDC for at least 12 months as of September 1, 2023
    • The nominee can come from any department within the CDC
    • The nominee must be able to attend NOW‘23

    Achievements listed must:
    • Occur in FY23, between October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023
    • Highlight accomplishments and contributions that are above and beyond the employee’s everyday responsibilities
    • Positively impact their CDC and ultimately the SBA lending and CDC industry

    • Because the winner will receive a complimentary registration to NOW’23 along with a 3 nights hotel stay at the New Orleans Marriott, please confirm that they will be able to attend NOW’23.


Registration and Hotel for the CDC Employee of the Year is on NADCO
NADCO will cover the registration fee and three (3) nights of hotel stay at the New Orleans Marriott for the winner. The CDC will be responsible for airfare, incidentals, ground transportation, and any non-conference meals.
