Thank you for your interest in the 2020 NADCO Spring Summit!

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus), NADCO decided that holding our 2020 Spring Summit at the end of April was too risky for the health and well-being of our membership. NADCO worked very closely with the hotel and was able to find new dates for the conference that would make attendance by our membership much safer while also allowing the membership to hold meetings with members of Congress.

The 2020 Spring Summit will now take place June 21-24, 2020.

The Spring Summit will still run with the same schedule from April including the Congressional Breakfast, Capitol Hill Visits, and informative general and breakout sessions. It is our hope to include the SLPC Workshop in our new dates and we will provide updates on the workshop once we have confirmation from the SBA.

We have extended the Early Bird discounted rate through April 16, 2020 and the housing block will now close at 6:00pm EST on June 1, 2020.

If you already registered to attend the 2020 Spring Summit, your registration still stands and you do not need to re-register. If you need to make any substitutions or changes to your registration please contact Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org.

If you made a reservation under the initial housing block YOU will need to contact the hotel directly to CANCEL your existing reservation.

Due to the current situation with coronavirus the hotel is faced with high cancellation volume and reductions in staff, please be patient during these hectic times.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available after May 26, 2020. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertsonat mrobertson@nadco.org. Please see the deadlines below.

NADCO understands that there are often things outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding but fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends will not be able to be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.
