The 2018 Diamond Awards Series
The NADCO Diamond Awards Series is a series of awards presented at both flagship NADCO conferences to acknowledge CDC and small business excellence in the area of community development. At the Spring Summit, we also recognize the small business borrowers and celebrate their contributions to their communities.NADCO is recognizing the CDCs with two categories of awards at the 2018 Spring Summit. The awards are the Multi-Generational Family Business Diamond Award and the Market Disruptor Diamond Award. Please see below for specifications on the award nominations.

Multi-Generational Family Business Diamond Award
DescriptionThis Diamond Award will be awarded to the nominee CDC and Small Business with the most impactful SBA 504 project to a multi-generational family business.
Criteria and Assessment
*Only SBA 504 loans are accepted for this category
Nominations will be judged anonymously (with identifying information removed):
- Small business story
- Jobs created relative to project size
- Community and economic impact
