The new Consolidated Rental Car Facility is now open. To get there, walk to the West Terminal Baggage Claim (Claims 12-14) and proceed outside the building. To your right is a covered walkway leading to the customer service building. Passengers with special needs should contact MVI Field Services at 615-318-3108.

Old -vs- New
The new facility is within walking distance and does not require a shuttle bus to reach your car. Here are the new walking distances compared to the old Transportation Center:
  • Arriving on Concourse B: 984 ft more to walk
  • Arriving on Concourse C: 452 ft more to walk
  • Arriving on Concourse D: 206 ft LESS to walk
When you are dropping off your car, drop off any extra luggage with your fellow travelers at the curbside of the main terminal then return your car. This will alleviate having to roll your bags from the Rental Car Facility to the ticket counters.

Local customers needing to rent a vehicle from one of our rental car agencies should plan on using one of these parking options; our covered parking garages, the convenient $10 a day Credit Card Only Parking Lot located directly across the street from the Consolidated Rental Car Facility or an off-site parking option. Parking for local customers renting a vehicle is not provided at the facility.
