About the 2017 NADCO Annual Meeting
Basic InformationJoin us for NADCO’s 2017 Annual Meeting in San Antonio for another year jam packed with imperative information and amazing events! By now you’ve probably heard the news that Administrator McMahon has signed off on the 25-year debenture for SBA 504 loans. However, there are plenty of questions that come into NADCO everyday about the specifics of the new loan product. The absolute best way to get all your questions answered about this new product as well as other regulations and changes coming down the pike is to attend the Annual Meeting, which has been attended by SBA speakers each year since its inception. Your "track" - PINK, TEAL or PURPLE - will depend on your role within your CDC and the 504 industry. PINK indicates that the session is geared towards members of a CDC Board of Directors, CDC Executives and CDC Senior Management. TEAL indicates that the session is geared towards Business Development Officers, Loan Officers, Marketing personnel and Third Party Lenders. PURPLE indicates that the session is geared towards Closing, Servicing, Processing and Support personnel. You are certainly welcome to attend any sessions of your choosing, NADCO just wanted to make it easier for you to plan your day! |
