Your "track" - gold, red or blue - will depend on your role within your CDC and the 504 industry. Gold indicates that the session is geared towards members of a CDC Board of Directors, CDC Executives and CDC Senior Management. Red indicates that the session is geared towards Business Development Officers, Loan Officers, Marketing personnel and Third Party Lenders. Blue indicates that the session is geared towards Closing, Servicing, Processing and Support personnel. You are certainly welcome to attend any sessions of your choosing, NADCO just wanted to make it easier for you to plan your day! |
What is Being DiscussedAll of the NADCO sessions are designed to be informative and educational discussions of the most relevant topics facing the 504 industry today as well as what the industry is facing for the future. CDC Oversight: Now and Looking Forward A discussion of key findings and corrective actions taking place in current SMART Reviews as well as any updates to the review process for this coming year. Affiliation and Franchise: A Roadmap to the Rule The new affiliation rule is out so here is your opportunity to ensure you understand it. There will also be a robust discussion of the current franchise review process. Post-Election Congressional Analysis A review of who is in and who is out and how that can impact the 504 industry. Debt Refi: What You Need to Know Debt Refi was passed into permanent law for the 504 program. All comments are in on the interim final rule so this session will bring you up to date on the details of the rule and policy.
