What's the Cost of Membership?

For a Certified Development Company, annual dues are calculated based on a CDC's outstanding portfolio of closed 504 loans at the end of the previous SBA fiscal year (September 30).

 

Full payment of annual dues is expected on October 30, or you can elect to pay quarterly by October 30, January 30, April 30 and July 30.
