Free Lunch Session Announced for Members on 2/6. Description: In summer 2017, SBA trained CDCs on 327 servicing actions using ETRAN. Now, with the CSA migration to ETRAN, which will take place near the end of February 2018, there will be an increased reliance on ETRAN for Debenture Funding. Beginning with the March Debenture Funding, CDCs will be required to make changes for Debenture Funding Alerts within ETRAN Servicing. Additionally, the SBA and CSA will provide a refresher on ETRAN Servicing functionality and some adjustments to the process for ACH Changes, Borrower and Operating Company Address Changes, and W9 Changes. Please join the SBA and CSA for a complimentary luncheon training to learn about these important upcoming changes.

Cancellation Policy

NADCO understands that there are often things outside your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered. We do our best to work with attendees and students to provide refunds, transfer registrations and accommodate cancellations whenever possible. However, upon the last 2 weeks prior to the event NADCO is fully committed to the expense of each student and is unable to recover the cost. Therefore no refunds are available within 2 weeks of an event. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertson at Please see the deadlines below.

50% refunds are granted 1/3/2018 through 1/22/2018
No refunds will be issued after 1/22/2018

Recording/Sharing of Course Material

No recording or sharing/redistribution of NADCO course material is permitted beyond the paid registrant.

In the Event of NADCO Cancellation

Every effort is made to present our training courses as scheduled, however, it is sometimes necessary to cancel courses. Should NADCO have to cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee or you may apply your registration payment to another course of your choice.
