How Are Course Materials Distributed?

NOTE: It is vital that you log into NADCO's online portal to check your instructor's directions prior to arrival at the training location.

Course materials for NADCO University in-person training will be posted approximately one to two weeks prior to the training session, depending on the instructor's timing in getting completed course materials to NADCO. They will be accessible through the NADCO U online training website.

All students enrolled in a course will need login information in order to access the course materials. If you are not a NADCO member and do not have an account, email hmcnelis@nadco.org to obtain one. Once you are logged into the www.nadco.org site, click on the "Training Courses" drop down from the main menu bar. This link directs users to the NADCO U site. Click on "My Training" to access your in-person training course materials and pre-course instructions.

Once the course materials are posted to the training pages, you will receive an email notification with directions to access the materials. They will be posted in the Resources section of each course listed in your "My Training" tab.

No documents will be provided to you at training. You must download these documents on a laptop or tablet and bring that device to class OR you may print the documents to use during in-person training.

In some cases, a list of course materials may be included in your training. If included, these lists require the attendee to bring certain materials to class.

What Should I Bring?

Course Materials will be available online for you download prior to arrival onsite. Each instructor will provide you with instructions regarding the materials that you must bring for his or her class.

How you bring these materials with you to class is up to you.

Option 1: Bring a laptop or tablet with all of your materials already downloaded on the device.
Option 2: You can print hard copies of the materials to bring with you. If you are printing hard copies and do not want to carry them on the plane, you can ship them to the hotel and have them there for pick up when you check in.

PLEASE NOTE: NADCO will NOT be providing any hard copies of course materials. We are attempting to be more environmentally responsible and are reducing our paper usage. Should you find yourself without materials during class for any reason, there is a business center available at the hotel for printing.

The documents will remain online in your "My Training" section for six months.

How Should I Dress?

Please feel free to dress business casual for all NADCO University training courses and events.
