Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available after October 6, 2020. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org. Please see the deadlines below.

NADCO understands that there are often things outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding but fair cancellation policy.
