The 2020 NADCO Annual Meeting Goes Virtual!

NADCO is bringing all the fun, excitement, learning and networking to your home or office this year. That’s right, you don’t have to hop on a plane, train, or automobile to get all the great information you’ve grown to love at our Annual Meetings. Frequently Asked Questions

Virtual conferences might still be new to many of our attendees, so here are the answers to some FAQs:

How do I access the sessions?
Monday, October 19, 2020 NADCO will email out login credentials to everyone that has registered for the Virtual Annual Meeting and we will include additional information about accessing all the sessions. We will provide you with access to the Digital Event Theater which will have all the links to all the sessions, networking breaks, regional caucuses, and themed networking receptions. It will be your one-stop-shop through the duration of the conference.

Do I have to download an app or anything specific in order to access the conference?
No, everything is going to be accessible via your web browser with no downloads required. It is suggested that you use Chrome, FireFox or Microsoft Edge as your web browser. Internet Explorer is not compatible with the online streaming platform that we are using. Do I have to pre-register for specific sessions?
No, you just need to register for the conference and you will have access to all of the General and Breakout Sessions.

Will the presentation decks be available?
Yes, NADCO will provide all attendees with access to the presentation slide decks for all sessions that have presentation slide decks. Please note that some sessions may not require the use of a slide deck.

Will recordings of the sessions be available for download at the conclusion of the conference?
No, NADCO will not be posting recordings of the sessions at the end of the conference. Attendees will need to attend the actual sessions during their scheduled time in order to see the sessions. We are trying to make this as much like an in-person conference as possible.

Will all the sessions have question and answer periods?
While you won’t get to stand up in the room at a microphone, we will have a Q&A box in each session that will allow our attendees to ask questions. The Moderators will monitor the Q&A box throughout the session and will supply the speakers with your questions at the end of their presentations. We will do our best to answer as many of them as possible in the allotted time but do not promise that we will get to everything. We will keep a log of all the questions and work to get any unanswered ones answered after the completion of the virtual conference.

Can I share my login credentials with my colleagues?
No, the login credentials that you received are unique to your registration and cannot be used by other individuals at your organization.
