What’s NEW for 2019?


NADCO 2019 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Packages will include Complimentary 10’x20’ Exhibit Hall Booths! Sponsoring means increased meeting space and the ability to host clients during meal functions. ALL of the NADCO daytime meal functions (including Lunch) will be held in the Exhibit Hall this year. Make sure you have the space for hosting your clients during Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks. Also NEW this year, you can purchase additional drink tickets in bulk for our Welcome Reception and Music City Supper events! Reward your clients with a cold, refreshing beverage or use it as an ice breaker to reach some potential clients! Ticket groups are $100 for 10 drink tickets, $200 for 25 tickets and $400 for 50 tickets.

AND that’s not all folks! We’ve decided to start a NEW contest especially for our Exhibitors! NADCO is celebrating YOU and your dedication to the 504 industry. All exhibitors that exhibited at both the 2019 Spring Summit AND purchase a booth for the 2019 Annual Meeting will be entered into the drawing for a PRIZE - 1 complimentary full page advertisement in our 2019 Annual Conference Program, 1 complimentary full page advertisement in our 2020 Spring Summit Conference Program, AND a $300 gift card to Pinewood in Nashville. Pinewood is an upscale lounge and bowling alley that you can treat some clients and friends to a night out during the 2019 Annual Meeting.

What do you have to do to enter? Nothing! If you exhibited at the 2019 NADCO Spring Summit and have purchased a booth for the 2019 NADCO Annual Meeting, you will automatically get 1 entry. THEN you will receive additional entries for each time you purchased a booth at the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Spring Summits and Annual Meetings. Those of you that purchased Sponsorship Packages at the 2015-2019 events will also receive additional entries into our drawing (1 additional entry for each bronze level, 2 additional entries for each silver level, 3 additional entries for each gold level and 4 additional entries for each Platinum level).

Some booths will be held in reserve for NADCO Grand Ole Oprey (Platinum), Country Music Hall of Fame (Gold), and Ryman Auditorium (Silver) level sponsors.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available after August 28, 2019. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org. Please see the deadlines below.

NADCO understands that there are often things outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding but fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends will not be able to be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.

Full refunds less a $75 processing fee are granted through 8/06/2019
50% refunds are granted 8/7/2019 through 8/28/2019
No refunds will be issued after 8/28/2019
