Please note that a full guest package includes NONE of the general or breakout sessions but does include the Welcome Reception, Keynote Luncheons, and Event Dinner. The evening package includes the Welcome Reception and the Event Dinner. A la carte items may be purchased for guests attending specific events. CDC industry personnel are never considered guests. Child guests are those guests under 18 years old.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available after August 31, 2018. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org. Please see the deadlines below.

NADCO understands that there are often things outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding but fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends will not be able to be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.
