Business casual is requested for this event. You will be attending meetings and events with representatives from the SBA. Please represent the industry in a very professional manner.

Where are the meeting rooms?

Registration, the exhibit hall and the general session room (Registration Desk 2, Ballroom Salons E-F and G-I) are all located on the main Ballroom Level of the hotel. You can access them via the elevators by your room as well as the escalators and elevators in the lobby. The breakout rooms (Ballroom Salons A-B, C-D and J-K) are located on either side of the General Session Room and the Exhibit Hall. Please click on the photos to enlarge the hotel maps.

Please note that a full guest package includes the Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday Luncheon, Thursday Luncheon and Wednesday Dinner. The evening package includes the Tuesday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Dinner. A la carte items can be purchased if your guest will not be attending all of the special events. Child guests are those guests that are 18 years or younger.

Scholarship Information
