This is NADCO’s first training course for Directors of CDC Boards. This course is designed to help CDC Board members and management to understand Title 13 CFR Section 120.823, a new regulation related to board governance and CDC oversight responsibilities. This regulation was adopted by SBA as part of the Final Rule in 2014 and went into effect on April 21, 2015.
