| Term Expiration:|| 2015|| Ira Lutsky is President of New Jersey Business Finance Corp., New Jersey’s largest and oldest SBA 504 certified development company (CDC). He joined the CDC industry in 1993 as Vice President of DelVal Business Finance Corp., a Philadelphia based CDC. Ira began his financial services career in 1973 working for one of the then Big 8 accounting firms until 1979 when he was recruited into the international banking industry where he remained until 1992 having held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. operations of a major international bank. With his responsibilities during this period for the start-up and acquisition of numerous banking offices and non-bank subsidiaries throughout the United States, Ira gained valuable experience in working with regulatory authorities.|
In 1996 Ira formed New Jersey Business Finance Corp. at the request of the Small Business Administration in Washington, DC. Since the start of operations, New Jersey Business Finance Corp. has funded over $330 million of SBA 504 loans and currently has a portfolio in excess of $225 million outstanding. In addition to various NADCO board, committee and volunteer positions over the years, Ira served three terms as Vice Chair of Regulatory Affairs.
