For all sub account management actions, first navigate here:
2. Select “Manage Profile” (upper right hand corner)
3. Select the “Subaccounts” button
ADDING NEW EMPLOYEES (TWO OPTIONS)
Option 1 Email custom link (recommended)
Have new employees register themselves using the following steps: Copy the link that is identified as “your sub accounts direct link.” You may email it to employees that do not have an account and they may register himself/herself.
Option 2 Register new employees
Once in the sub account management center, scroll down to view your full list of sub accounts. Next to each name, note the icon of a person with a red “minus” sign (-). Select this next to employees you wish to detach. While a main account cannot “delete” an employee, the detach option means the account will no longer be affiliated with the organization or have access.
