Cancellation Policy
No refunds are available after April 1, 2019. We will gladly transfer the registration to another individual if a refund is no longer possible. ALL cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Mandy Robertson at mrobertson@nadco.org. Please see the deadlines below.NADCO understands that there are often things outside of your control that prevent you from attending an event once registered, which is why we've done our best to craft an understanding but fair cancellation policy. Please understand that after the close of the housing block, NADCO is fully committed to the expenses of each person attending the conference. Any room cancellations after the housing block ends will not be able to be resold to other NADCO attendees and will count as attrition to NADCO. NADCO must balance the need to provide enough housing to accommodate all of our attendees without incurring attrition charges.
