Professional Training for the 504 Industry

NADCO's 504 professional training courses help Certified Development Companies, their closing counsel and their partner financial institutions develop the knowledge and skills they need to deliver the SBA 504 loan financing.

Training sessions are held three times a year and are always held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting in the spring. In addition, courses are scheduled in the early summer and fall. Specific course scheduling information will always be posted, as soon as available, on the Calendar section of the website.

INSTRUCTORS:

NADCO's instructors are experts in 504 lending. They are executive directors or senior loan officers of some of the nation's most successful CDCs, as well as excellent, professionally trained presenters who make the course material come to life. NADCO's instructors have consistently received superior evaluations from course participants, who have numbered more than 5,500 in the past twelve years.

TRAINING PROGRAM

NADCO's "core" courses begin with "Introduction to SBA 504" and continue along specialty tracks for those who package, close, or service 504 loans or perform credit analysis or marketing functions. The "Loan Closing", "Closing Update" and "Legal Aspects of Loan Servicing" courses are designed for CDC attorneys as well as staff. All NADCO's courses are practical, not theoretical. Comprehensive manuals are incuded with each course. Registration fees compare very favorably to courses in similar industries .
