SBA 504 Loan Packaging Course

This 3 day course - essential training for CDC loan officers - provides a thorough review of the loan application process, from the first meeting with the borrower through SBA approval. Case study is used extensively as an instructional tool.

PREREQUISITES: Participants must have completed Introduction to SBA 504 PLUS 504 Credit Analysis, or must indicate in writing their exemptions. Exemptions to Introduction to 504 will be granted for at least six months' experience in a substantive capacity (e.g., loan officer) for a CDC. Exemptions to 504 Credit Analysis will be granted for previous coursework (indicate course taken and dates). Basic understanding of SBA 504 and 504 Credit Analysis will be assumed.
