504 Loan Closing Update Course
This one-day course course fulfills the (once every two years) continuing education requirement for Designated 504 Closing Attorneys. Non-designated closing attorneys and CDC staff who are interested in changes in the closing process are welcome to attend.
Those who wish to become designated attorneys, or who have been nominated by their SBA District Office, must also take the 3-day SBA 504 Loan Closing Course.
PREREQUISITE: Participants must have completed NADCO's SBA 504 Loan Closing Course or NADCO's Designated 504 Closing Attorney Seminar.
NOTE: NADCO reports to SBA the names of attorneys who attended and completed the course. No certificates of completion will be awarded to those who do not attend the entire course. SBA is tracking the completion of education requirements - NADCO's 504 Loan Closing Course, plus the every-two-year refresher 504 Loan Closing Update course - by Designated 504 Closing Attorneys.

- Reinvented SBA Forms
- Environmental Issues
- Errors that can Delay Funding (Colson Services Corp.)
- Open Roundtable Discussion of closing issues
Attorneys who seek CLE credit for this course should contact their state bar association to determine their state's requirements.
