NADCO Invitational Golf Tournament:

NADCO will be holding it's 4th Invitational Golf Tournament on Friday afternoon, May 9th at the George Fazio Golf Course, Palmetto Dunes Golf Resort at Hilton Head. Here is a link to the Palmetto Dunes website for complete details about the course: www.palmettodunes.com/Golf.aspx

This event is a 504PAC fundraiser and there is a minimum $100.00 per player donation required. Please complete and send the form below by the deadline of April 25.

Silent Auction:

As in previous years, we will have a Silent Auction for fun and to raise money for the 504PAC on the evening of Thursday, May 8. If you would like to donate a silent auction item valued at $250 or greater, please complete the below form and return it to NADCO by April 25.

We also welcome sponsors for the Golf Tournament! CDCs who would like to support the tournament, can use the below form to pledge their donation.

Bus Tour of Savannah & Dinner at Paula Deen's Lady & Sons Restaurant:

For those of us who are not golfers, an alternate activity has been scheduled from 2 pm to 9:30 pm on Friday, May 9. A bus tour of Savannah, Georgia has been organizied that includes dinner at the famous Lady & Sons Restaurant!

This event is a 504PAC fundraiser and a minimum $100 donation per person is required to participate. Also, space is limited to the first 110 people who sign up, and donations must be from personal funds - no company checks will be accepted.

Activities at Palmetto Dunes for NADCO Members:

Location:

The Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa is the location for the NADCO Annual Meeting this year. The Hilton Head Marriott is located at One Hotel Circle, Hilton Head Island, SC. NADCO has obtained room blocks at two additional hotels for the Annual Meeting. Rooms are available during the peak nights of the meeting, from April 24 through April 29.

NADCO's room rate at the hotel is $185/night and the cut-off date for making you room reservations is April 11, 2008.

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport - SAV

• Driving Directions: From Savannah/Hilton Head Intl Airport turn onto Interstate 95 N. Take Exit 8 in SC to Hwy 278 East. Follow 278E (approximately 18 miles to the bridge) to Hilton Head. Stay right on 278 Business for another 8 miles to Palmetto Dunes. Turn left at the Palmetto Dunes traffic light. The Hilton Head Marriott Beach & Golf Resort is one mile into Palmetto Dunes; turn left before the guard gate.

Hilton Head Municipal Airport - HHH

• Driving Directions: From the Hilton Head Airport, turn left onto Beach City Road. At the traffic light, turn left onto HWY 278E. Follow 278E to the Palmetto Dunes traffic light and turn left into PD. The Hilton Head Marriott Beach & Golf Resort is located one mile into Palmetto Dunes, turn left before the guard gate.

Shuttle Information:

Should you require shuttle service from the Savannah Airport or Hilton Head Airport, make reservations through their Web Site www.lowcountryadventures.com or by calling our toll-free number, 800-845-5582 at least 24 hours prior to arrival and identify yourself as an attendee with NADCO. Please be sure to use PIN # 42043 to receive the preferred group rate of $59.00 per person/round trip (or $34.00 one way) from the Savannah International Airport and $23.00 per person/round trip (or $11.00 one way) from the Hilton Head Airport.

Reservations are a must to guarantee a seat and to receive the discounted rate. Please have a credit card and all of your flight information available when making your reservation.

Upon arrival in Savannah, check-in at the Gray Line Airport Express transportation booth located in the North Baggage Claim area.

For those guests arriving into the Hilton Head Airport please proceed outside the main doors from baggage claim and look for our Gray Line Airport Express Vehicles. If for some reason you do not see a representative when you arrive, please call 800-845-5582.

Departure reservations can be changed from the hotel 24 hours prior to departure. The number to call will be indicated on your return trip ticket. Flights arriving after 12:30am are not met.
