NADCO has long kept various audiences in mind when selecting topics and time slots for Spring Summit breakout sessions, so to make selection easier, breakout session tracks will be color-coded this year. Your "track" - brown, green or blue - will depend on your role within your CDC and the 504 industry.

Brown indicates that the session is geared towards members of a CDC Board of Directors, CDC Executives and CDC Senior Management.

Green indicates that the session is geared towards Business Development Officers, Loan Officers, Marketing personnel and Third Party Lenders.

Blue indicates that the session is geared towards Closing, Servicing, Processing and Support personnel.

You are certainly welcome to attend any sessions of your choosing, NADCO just wanted to make it easier for you to plan your day!

Why You Should Attend

1. It's in SBA Headquarters' BACKYARD

Because the Spring Summit is always located in the SBA's backyard, headquarters has consistently been a strong presence at this unique conference. In 2016, the 18 total employees attended all or parts of the conference in some capacity, whether as speakers or attendees. Spring Summit attendees consistently find value in the face-to-face interaction with their regulators.

2. The TOPICS will get you up to speed with the latest regulatory information

Every hot topic will be covered! This includes regulatory and policy updates, OCRM, governance, economic development, social media for marketing the 504, underwriting riskier projects, and others.

3. GREAT RATES are still available through 3/2

You may think you missed the early bird, given that the conference is about two months away! But in fact, the early bird member rate of $599 (and the non-member early bird rate of $899) is available through March 2, 2017. Check rates.

4. Your STATE ONE-PAGER story could be selected and featured

Borrower stories from each state have been included on each one-pager in order to represent that state on The Hill. Though the Spring Summit is not a government relations conference, advocacy will be a key theme. When you visit your congressional leaders to advocate for 504 and debt refi, be sure to bring an example of the good work you do! CLICK HERE to download your state's one-pager.

...and most importantly
5. Port City Brewing is a hop, skip and jump away in Alexandria, VA!

Small Brewing Company of the Year and a local favorite, Port City is sure to wet your whistle and make your stay in D.C. that much more enjoyable. The tasting room is open daily and there are public tours available Thursday through Sunday. Do you have a large group interested in visiting? Give them a call and schedule a private tour for your group. Check out all that Port City has to offer.

Special Side Note: Staff favorites are the Optimal Wit and the Monumental IPA.
