What is the appropriate attire?
For Speakers:
Professional Attire You will be on stage with representatives from the SBA. Please represent the industry in a very professional manner.
For Attendees:
Business Casual Attire
Fun Events:
“Jeans and Boots” or “Rocky Mountain” themed Attire

What should I bring?

  • The Annual Meeting will be packed with latest industry information and newest regulations. You will want to be prepared to record any new and important information in your sessions.
  • You will also want to be sure to bring plenty of business cards for all of the networking events.
  • If you plan to attend the PAC event, you need to make sure to bring either a personal check or credit card for your PAC Donations.
  • Colorado Springs is an incredibly scenic area with many outdoor activities so you may want to bring your camera and outdoor and hiking attire and gear.

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund through 3/14/2014 with written notice
50% refund from 3/15/2014 through 4/4/2014 with written notice

What does my guest registration cover?
Each guest registration Includes:

  • Entrance to the Welcome Reception
  • Entrance to the Jeans & Boots Dinner
Guest attendance at the Luncheons are an additional $65 per luncheon.
Guest attendance at the PAC events are additional costs.

What things are there to do in the area??
Colorado Springs has a wonderful variety of activities to entertain you during your stay. You can find everything from hiking, biking, fishing, golf and horseback riding to arts & crafts and museums. The best way to plan out your activities is to visit the Colorado Springs Convention and Visitor Bureau website for more information. The CVB will have lists and links to all of the area attractions as well as a visitor’s guide, deals and coupons.
