NADCO has long kept various audiences in mind when selecting topics and time slots for Annual Meeting breakout sessions, so to make selection easier, breakout session tracks will be color-coded this year. Your "track" - PINK, TEAL or PURPLE - will depend on your role within your CDC and the 504 industry.

PINK indicates that the session is geared towards members of a CDC Board of Directors, CDC Executives and CDC Senior Management.

TEAL indicates that the session is geared towards Business Development Officers, Loan Officers, Marketing personnel and Third Party Lenders.

PURPLE indicates that the session is geared towards Closing, Servicing, Processing and Support personnel.

You are certainly welcome to attend any sessions of your choosing, NADCO just wanted to make it easier for you to plan your day!

...and most importantly
5. When you’re this close to the boarder,

finding and eating great Mexican food is a MUST. We recommend Los Barrios Mexican Restaurant at 4223 Blanco Rd. San Antonio, TX 78212 – it has been a staple in San Antonio for decades, receiving an SBA 504 loan in 1992! One promising Google review read, “Had a combination plate...I think it was like the number 14. Anyway it came with two crunchy tacos on a side plate. Those 2 tacos were quite possibly the best tacos I have ever eaten.”
