Business casual is requested for this event. You will be attending meetings and events with representatives from the SBA. Please represent the industry in a very professional manner.

Bring topics or questions you would like to discuss with the experts.
Bring a laptop, tablet or notebook for taking notes.

Where are the meeting rooms?

Registration and the main rooms (the Roosevelt Ballroom and the Crescent City Ballroom) are both located on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel. You can access them via the elevators by your room (regardless of your tower) as well as either elevator bank in the lobby. The breakout rooms are located on 2 different floors. Some breakout sessions will be in the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom and the Conti/Lafitte Room located on the Mezzanine Level. The remaining breakout sessions are located in the Chamber Rooms 1/3 and Chamber Rooms 2/4 which are on the Mayor's Suite Level. You can access the Mayor's Suite Level from the escalators found in the lobby or the escalators located on the Mezzanine Level. Please click on the photo to enlarge the hotel map.

Please note that a full guest package includes the Tuesday Welcome Reception, Wednesday Luncheon, Thursday Luncheon and Thursday Dinner with bus transportation. The evening package includes the Tuesday Welcome Reception and Thursday Dinner with bus transportation. A la carte items can be purchased if your guest will not be attending all of the special events. Child guests are those guests that are 18 years or younger.

New Orleans is a city that has a little something for everyone!
