Pike Creek, Del. — Though the commercial lending markets are still tight, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan program is providing some breathing room for businesses looking to expand.

TierPoint, the premier carrier-class and carrier-neutral Data Center services provider in the Inland Northwest, today announced a new $8.2 million "green" data center project, known as TierPoint 3. Funding for the project was secured through debt financing from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch ($4.1 million) and Evergreen Business Capital and the Small Business Administration (SBA) ($3.1 million), in addition to a $1.0 million infusion by TierPoint. Board of Directors Meetings

The NADCO Board of Directors will hold a meeting in Boston, Massachusetts.  This meeting will be tied to the Regions 1 - 4 Conference.  The meeting is open to the public.  PLEASE NOTE that registration is only required if you would like a copy of the Board Book OR if you would like to attend the board breakfast and luncheon.  Registraiton is not necissary for those who would just like to sit in on the meeting or for any board of director members.

The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 11, and run until 5 pm. The meeting resumes at 8:30 am on Wednesday morning and will end at 5:00 pm that evening.
