Debt Refinance Applications Webinar - How to Avoid Screenouts

NADCO is pleased to announce a new webinar designed  to assist CDCs when submitting loan applications for debt refinance projects.   The webinar will provide guidance on submitting the appropriate exhibits for transcripts, debt instruments and collateral documents.  It will also cover complicated packages and explain what information is necessary in the loan justification section.

Personnel from the Sacramento Loan Processing Center will be participating in the webinar and will provide case studies of packages that have been submitted that meet all necessary requirements and those that fall short.  They will discuss common errors and omissions they are seeing and help CDCs identify and correct problems in advance of submitting packages  to avoid screenouts.


This webinar will give you the information - and examples - you need including:


• What is required for a transcript of account
• What is required for the refinanced debt and lien instruments
• Calculating Substantial Benefit
• Refinancing Third Party Lender’s Loan
• Using equity for a down payment
• Collateral Requirements
• Seller Notes
• Good cause exceptions for the 10% reduction requirement
