Funding for the project was secured through debt financing from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch ($4.1 million) and Evergreen Business Capital and the Small Business Administration (SBA) ($3.1 million), in addition to a $1.0 million infusion by TierPoint. Membership

NADCO is an organization-based membership trade association and membership is divided into three types - CDC members, Affiliate members and Sponsoring Affiliate members.  CDC membership is open to all Certified Development Companies authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration to deliver and market the 504 loan program. CDC members are eligible to vote in elections and the staff of membership CDCs are elegible to run for offices on the Board of Directors. 

Affiliate membership is open to financial institutions providing first mortgage financing for 504 projects and for attorneys who prepare 504 closing packages and close loans. Other organizations affiliated with or interested in becoming part of the 504 industry are also welcome to join.

 As a  valued NADCO member, we make sure our members receive industry-specific information as soon as we get it.  And we don’t just forward SBA regulations and legislation.  We provide in-depth analysis of all issues along with explanations of what program changes mean to the CDC industry.   We also leverage the best resources in Washington to open doors and make our positions on critical issues known to Congress and to the SBA management.

Members find a wealth of information on our website including sample forms used for packaging, closing and servicing of SBA 504 loans, detailed information on technical issues, and legislative updates on the SBA 504 program.

NADCO's programs, products and activities are supported by CDCs and other organizations that pay annual dues. Under current federal law, most of these annual dues are tax deductible for both corporations and individuals. NADCO operates on the same fiscal year as the U.S. Government from October 1 - September 30. Dues are invoiced in the fall each year, and member benefits begin when dues are paid.

For Regular Membership, an organization must be a Certified Development Company. All other organizations or individuals may join as Affiliate Members.
