VetLoan Advantage
Share |

Veterans have a track record of success as small business owners, surpassing other groups, according to the U.S. Census. Now, NADCO’s VetLoan Advantage program helps veterans get the financing they need for small business ownership and success.

The SBA Community Advantage Program offers working capital loans of up to $250,000 for qualified borrowers. Through VetLoan Advantage, discounts and cash rebates of up to $5,000 are available.

The SBA 504 Loan Program provides up to 90% financing for owner-user commercial/industrial real estate. In addition to a low down payment (typically 10%), borrowers can take advantage of long-term fixed rates. Veteran-owned businesses can take advantage of VetLoan Advantage discounts and rebates worth up to $20,000.

How it works

In all 50 states, SBA Certified Development Companies (CDCs) offer a range of SBA loan products to suit small business owner needs and strengths. Whether you’re searching for a $10,000 working capital loan, want financing for a $2 million business acquisition or are buying a commercial building – there is a good chance a CDC in your state has the perfect loan product for you. CDCs are economic development lenders – different from banks – making loan approval more viable for entrepreneurs and smaller companies with limited collateral. Entrepreneurs work with CDC team members to secure financing and financial advice. CDCs can also help entrepreneurs access commercial financing as part of SBA loan packages.
